    I'm having trouble that has been going on for a week which gives me headaches. I think it was caused by windows 10 update. Basically what happens is whenever I boot my PC, it passes bios screen just fine but once it gets to windows loading screen, pc turns off and starts booting again. At the beginning it took 2 tries now it takes 3-4. Windows tried to repair itself and I think It did but the problem still persists. Now the weird thing about this whole thing is that this only happens when I turn off my PC for a longer period of time. Thanks in advance.

    Friends computer freezing at windows loading screen

    Ok my friend is having problems with his computer right now. Basically it crashed on the windows loading screen. This is what he told me on MSN.

    Now i'm not too sure what the problem is. I suggested doing a repair install with the xp disk (i'll be giving him that tomorrow) but in the mean time do any of you have any ideas?

Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK

    Installing Windows 10 on New PC?

    I'm going to be building a new PC on Christmas and want to install Windows 10 on it. I have Windows 10 on my current PC, which I installed upgrading from 8.1 with the files on a USB. How do I go about installing a clean copy of Windows 10 on this new PC? I think I recall something about installing it once makes Microsoft recognize your hardware, but since this will be a PC I'm not sure what steps I need to take. Do I need to go 8.1 -> 10 or is there a method of going directly to 10?
