Windows 10: PC reboots shortly after windows loading screen

Issue started when it froze and restarted while using it. After that it began booting to windows loading screen and the dots would begin to circle, then they freeze in place and it reboots into start up repair to only freeze the same way and repeats this endlessly.Now the odd thing is it will boot from Usb installation media just fine ONLY if all SATA drives are physically disconnected. With the hard drives connected it does the same boot looping issue yes usb is set first in boot order and I’ve used f11 to manually select the bootable usb. a laptop I have will also boot the installation me

Friends computer freezing at windows loading screen

Ok my friend is having problems with his computer right now. Basically it crashed on the windows loading screen. This is what he told me on MSN.

Now i'm not too sure what the problem is. I suggested doing a repair install with the xp disk (i'll be giving him that tomorrow) but in the mean time do any of you have any ideas?

 

PC won't boot after Windows loading screen!

An Automatic Repair or Startup Repair can help you resolve your concern. This tool is used when you cannot boot your Windows properly. To run Startup Repair, you can go through
Settings > Update & Security > Recovery > Restart now (Under
Advanced start-up). However, since you cannot enter your Desktop, we suggest you to force fail your computer. To do so, kindly follow the steps below:

• Boot your computer.
• While on the logo screen, do a force shutdown by pressing the Start button.
• Wait until you see "Preparing Automatic Repair" appears. If it doesn't appear, repeat the steps until it do so.
• After the loading screen, you will have a black screen and another loading screen will appear.

By then, it will now diagnose your computer and will do an Automatic Repair.

PC Build Steps

Ok just because I like steps i am going to create some steps. Please give me the stamp of approval/disapproval

• Install system in case
  • Remember to connect SSD and optical to same SATA ports on motherboard
• Turn on PC
• setup HDD
• run blend test in prime95 for 30-60 min
  • run realtemp at the same time

• While in Prime95 test
  • if CPU goes above 70c in RealTemp, I have a leaky CPU
  • if my system locks up or blue screens, there is an instability in the system somewhere
  • if my system does not lock up or blue screen, my CPU is not damaged and I am in the clear!

What do you guys think??
