Windows 10: PC reboots when idle always - bugcheck 0x000000ef

I need help here. My computer constantly reboots when it's idle and I've checked Event Viewer for this. The first crash occurred 3/25/2021 2:48:07 PM. Ever since, it's been happening consistently with the error tag of "The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x000000ef 0xffffe783204ba280, 0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000000." Each and every time. The only thing that I could see may have caused it, since it started on the 25th, is the Security Intelligence Update for Microsoft Defender Antivirus - KB2267602 Version 1.333.1264.0. This was downloaded on the 25th. I can't figure out exactly what time it was installed, because the windows update history doesn't show this. I've tried a restore point but it doesn't seem that any were created, as it says that there are none. Anyone experienced this before?


I actually have had a problem similar to this happen, but that was because I disabled the Intel integrated graphics driver, which caused it to BSOD when idle. That driver's remained untouched since, though, and hasn't caused any problems.

This Is happening soo frequently in my pc and causing blue screen error...

My computer has been re-booting itself randomly with the following messages.

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x000000ef (0xffff9a06b49ee080, 0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000000). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\Minidump\031118-44703-01.dmp

After a blue screen, I checked the Event Viewer for what happened. This is what was recorded along with a Minidump. I will link the Minidump. I'm tech savy but I'm not sure how to dissect dump files for what happened leading up to the BSOD.
