  1. PC requires password before there is any display output

Hello,My PC usually takes a few seconds to boot up as I have an SSD installed. However, over the past couple of days, I have noticed that my PC takes significantly longer to boot. The only way I can get the PC to boot and have a display output is by entering my desktop password, after which I get to the log-in screen and enter my password for the second time. If I do not enter my password my PC remains without display for what I assume is an indefinite amount of timeI have no clue what caused this and cannot seem to find anyone with a similar issue. Any help or advice as to what caused this a

How to Log in to my PC without requiring a password

    Hi,

Using a Microsoft account to sign in to your computer requires password. To help you resolve your concern, we suggest to create a new local account on your computer. Kindly follow the steps below:

    • Press Windows + R key and type in netplwiz and hit
      Enter.

    • When you create a user account, you can choose between two types of accounts: a local account for that PC or a Microsoft account. We recommend using a Microsoft account.

    • Click on Add.

    • Click on Sign in without Microsoft account.

    • Click on Local account and enter the details (don’t give any password).

    • Click on OK and sign out from the current account and sign in to the new created account.

Let us know if you have further questions.
