Windows 10: PC Reset Stuck at 99%

Discus and support PC Reset Stuck at 99% in Windows 10 Ask Insider to solve the problem; I decided to completely wipe my PC because it has about 6 years worth of tons and tons of files on it, which frankly I only really use 30% of, so...     PC Reset Stuck at 99%


    I decided to completely wipe my PC because it has about 6 years worth of tons and tons of files on it, which frankly I only really use 30% of, so naturally I figured it’d be healthy to wipe everything and organize it a bit more. I used Windows’ PC reset feature and it has been loading at 99% for maybe around since 11AM this morning (it’s currently 12:40AM). Is that normal, should I let it keep loading?

    Resetting this PC stuck at 99%

    Hello, I have a laptop with i3 Processor and windows 10 and I wanted to reset my PC so I used the Windows backup and reset tool and now my PC is stuck at"Resetting this PC:99%" for more than 13 hours. What should I do?
