Windows 10: Pc resetting at 10% and freezes

I had to do a pc reset on a diffrent pc. Everything went ok and pc reset froze at 10 % for ages.So i turned off pc and restarted it hoping this should be ok.Pc restarted ok but a box appears stating windows installation encountered an unexpected error click ok and restart pc to continue installation.I follow the step but all i see is at bottom of screen with Delete and F2 BIOS setup and same message appears.ie my pc gets into a loop.

How do i get my pc working again..or is pc useless now ?

HELLO , so i bought a gaming laptop 2 months ago , MSI. it's working really well. but since couple of days ago i tried installing new windows updates ( the windows 10 anniversary update ) at the same time i noticed he's going slow.. basically i found out
that the memory and disk are 100% used. i solved the memory program and the disk problem is giving me nightmares. i lose games and can't do college work in a smooth way because it's always worrying me and decreasing the performance. i ran the check disk command.
and it finished. i don't know what to do after that. it told me nothing. my game literally 10 mins ago froze and i couldn't do anything. even the keyboard and the external keyboard stopped working. i have no idea what to do,. i spent everything on that laptop
and i can't fix the issue.

Hi.
You would need to get to a working computer and download either the RUFUS to create a bootable flash drive, and then install W10 that way, if you can't use a disk.

I will try your advice. I have downloaded Rufus.exe and Window 10 iso from MSTechBench.I assume i have to purchase a 4gb flash drive and put Windows 10 ISO on this and boot my other pc with this using advanced boot menu

 

Yes, you'll need a flash drive (4GB will do it, but you might want a little larger one - they're cheap enough these days.) Following the instructions for Rufus will make it bootable. Yes, then boot to the flash drive, and install W10 fresh.
