Windows 10: PC restart automatically after shutdown/sleep

Hi,Its been a few weeks now that i'm having the same issue,Everytime i try to shutdown my pc, it does, but instantly restarts after, like if i was pressing the start button.I checked the button and its not a problem.I figured it was a software problem so i tryed reinstalling windows, update bios, and everything imaginable, like set the HiberbootEnabled to 0, disable fast startup, disable wakeup for network adapter, and still nothing has worked so far, my pc is still restarting right after being shutdown/sleepThe only was i have to shutdown my pc is to, shut it down and just before it rest

Sir, I tried the procedure you wrote but still the problem persists. I would also want to add a point that my system takes longer time to restart once it automatically shuts down in sleep mode. Moreover, the automatic shutdown in sleep mode is immediate
as soon as I put it in Sleep.

Every time I shut down my Windows 10 PC, it restarts. The AMD bug report tool also comes up upon logging in again saying that it detected a crash. I have already tried all steps in this thread:

Suggest cleaning up your startup list .There may be many services / Apps you can remove on startup which is not needed on boot or during shutdown.
Before you shutdown the Pc check what is running in Task Manager as a program or service in not killing the process on shutdown

Would suggest cleaning up running apps and services -Autoruns, StartupMonitor,HighjackThis,
Malware Scan - Malwarebytes,ADWcleaner, Combofix
