Windows 10: PC restart / freezing suddenly.

Hello, For the last few days my PC starts/freezes a lot. This happens while gaming or watching yt or streams. I would really appreciate it if someone could help me.This is the message in my log.One or more user-mode drivers has encountered a problem and the host process has closed. This may temporarily prevent you from accessing the devices.Details:- <Event xmlns="http://schemas.microsoft.com/win/2004/08/events/event">- <System> <Provider Name="Microsoft-Windows-DriverFrameworks-UserMode" Guid="{2e35aaeb-857f-4beb-a418-2e6c0e54d988}" /> <EventID>10110</E

pc 'hangs' or freezes randomly

While in use suddenly nothing responds to mouse or keyboard for long minutes, then starts up again ok for a few minutes. Have tried all usual restart/etc. online suggestions without luck.

Have found in Task Manager - Processes - there are listed 4 'Suspended" items, Could they be the culprits causing the 'hang or freeze'.

Can't determine exactly what the suspended are so am hesitant to 'End Task' them.

 

Windows 10 hangs/freezes on Restart

If this happens even during installation, that means that it is probably a hardware issue. To troubleshoot the problem, I suggest doing the following steps:

1. Install Hard Disk Sentinel and use it to check your HDD/SSD for problems.
   
2. Use MemTest to make sure that your RAM is ok. Here is a how to - guide.
   

After You done these two steps, give a feedback of the results.

the following steps:

Step 1: Disabling the automatic restart option to view error messages.

Many hardware driver or operating system errors will cause the computer to display a specific error message before stopping the operation or shutting down the computer. However, if the Automatically restart option
is enabled, an error message might not be displayed despite an error taking place. Disable this option to allow the computer to display the error message.
Follow these steps to disable the Automatically restart option:

• 
  In Windows, search for and open View advanced system settings.
  
• 
  Click Settings in the Startup and Recovery section.
  
• Remove the check mark next to Automatically restart under System Failure, then click OK.
• Restart the computer.

Step 2: Checking for failed hardware.

Hardware problems can cause the computer to restart unexpectedly.
