Windows 10: pc restarted due to bugcheck

hi my pc blue screened after alt-tabbing out of a game, this is the error. The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000119 0x0000000000004000, 0x0000000000000001, 0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000000. A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: b5e151d8-b4cd-4291-9a19-c3594da174d9. here are the dump files 111323-7984-01.dmp MEMORY.DMP

MY PC has just statred to restart even during Boot and after boot, Please help.

if you want to change any setting just do it step by step so you know what might happen when your pc restart again and again

Inexplicable restarts

Thanks for your patient help and analysis, zbook. I'll step through some of your suggestions over the next few days - there's a lot to do and some look a bit hairy! That is, for a PC that is working sweetly right now...
