Windows 10: PC RESTARTED MULTIPLE TIMES WITHOUT MY PERMISSION - AFTER UPDATE, BACKGROUND IS BLACK AND...

As the title says, I am having these problems, and I do not know why. The restarts have never happened like this.

computer restarts without warning multiple times

My PC restarts without warning multiple times during a session . I'm running windows 10 and have been for months . I have tried everything . Please help !

Desktop background and taskbar going black could be due to software conflicts.

We would like to know some information to better assist you with your concern:

• What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
• Did you get any error messages or error codes?

In the meantime, we suggest that you try to check if the "Show Windows Background" option is turned on. Follow the steps below:

• Open Settings in the Start menu.
• Go to Ease of Access, then on the left side, click
  Other options.
• Turn on Show Windows Background and check if it works.

We understand that you don't want some apps to run on the background of your computer. What we suggest is to
control which apps are allowed to run in the background. To see which apps have permission, just follow the below steps:

• Open the Start menu or Start screen and select “Settings.”
• Click or tap the “Privacy” icon in the Settings.
• Scroll down to the bottom of the list and select “Background apps.”
  
• You’ll see a list of apps that have permission to run in the background with an “On/Off” toggle.

Just bear in mind that, apps normally run in the background to update their live tiles, download new data, and receive notifications. If you want an app to continue performing these functions, you should allow it to continue running in
the background.
