Windows 10: PC restarts if I press any key on the keyboard even after shut down.

My PC shut down properly. Every thing in the PC i.e processor fan and other stopped. But even then if I press any key on my key board, my PC again restarts.

renaming "Sethc.exe" file didn't fix sticky keys

i do this but it comes right back on after restarting the PC. is there a way to get rid of it forever? (this actually seems to be the only way to disable it now. even if i press a sequence of sticky keys at once wont shut down sticky keys)

 

Windows 10 Keyboad Touchpad and Screen Stops Working

Just recently, since about 3 days ago, my PC started acting strange. I got my Lenovo Y700 about 6 months ago, and it's been working fine up till the keyboard stops working during my game. And it has never happened before. My PC overall gets a bit laggy
in game now too.

During game, or even spectating, all of a sudden my keyboard would stop working, I can't type or anything. If I'm spectating, I would give up and keep watching, however, the screen would freeze after a bit too. The sound of the game keeps playing though.
Eventually my touchpad and wired mouse stops working too. Normally I would just force shut down my PC, and it shuts down with a loud popping sound. Once it says that windows detected an error and it would restart, however it restarted in a different mode (sorry
I don't know what it's called). The screen gave me options to either restart or do other things and I can only select using arrow keys and pressing enter. However, even after the system restarted itself, the keyboard still doesn't work, so I had to force shut
down once again to get the keyboard working.

Today I had to restart multiple times, and I can't even play one single game in peace. I tried scanning for viruses but nothing showed up. Please help : (
