Windows 10: PC restarts randomly with absolutely no error message or anything??

I installed the unactivated windows from the official site on a VERY expensive new PC I built and at first it ran with no problem but now it restart seemingly after 10-15 minutes of light use. When I play games it restarts also. Weird that I tried installing a game on steam an on Microsoft store but it always says package error 2002 or 2003 I don't remember. I can't even log in to windows without an error message. Specifications : AMD Ryzen 9 7950x3d , AMD Rx 7900 xtx sapphire nitro+, 32 gigabytes of ram from corsair and gigabyte x ax V2 motherboard.

PC Randomly Restarting after installing new Ram!

Tried your suggestions, but still had a restart! Also ran memtest overnight (13 hours according to memtest) and had no errors! Also ran Passmark Burn in test for a couple hours testing everything and had no errors or restart. Could fitting the new ram have triggered something to go bad like my mobo or psu?

Taco this could be software also. Before you get all crazy, do as Erocker suggested. Find out the error in the Event Viewer. Look for the faulting module and the error code itself. Also check the reliability monitor. At the bottom it will have "View all Error Reports". Post a screen of whats in there if anything.

This could be a simple as a bad driver install.

ALSO have you downloaded or installed anything lately? STAY OUT OF THE DAMN BIOS UNTIL WE KNOW THE ERROR! lol. I know you. Baby steps boy, baby steps.

 

Pc shut down randomly with no error message

Sounds like you might have bad RAM. Have you run it through Memtest86? If your RAM checks out, check that your CPU is not overheating. If that is ok, then it will most likely be your power supply. Follow these steps in this order and let me know what you find. Thanks!
