Windows 10: PC rgb has power but won't turn on after windows 11 installation

    They asked me to restart windows to download windows 11 and now the rgb and fans in the monitor are working, but nothing else is working. I already checked that all the cables are connected properly

    Device won`t Turn On Properly

    I have a Lenovo yoga 2 11 Core i3 Version and when I turn it on using the advance startup power button , It turns on for a few seconds but then shuts off. If I use the regular power button it just stays on the logo screen (No spinning dots, Animation etc.).
    I can`t access the BIOS and the Boot Menu. I did have to reinstall windows like 10 times but now I can`t reinstall.

    windows xp installation and dual core am

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
