Windows 10: PC says its updated but it isnt

Hi folks.I have this problem with my windows 11 where it says it needs to update windows. but when i click on either: restart and update or turn off and update. it just restarts and or just turns off without d/l anything. So, after clicking restart and update. or turn off and update. The pc starts up straight away and dosnt download anything. I checked updates history, and it says it did d/l , but if it did d/l it did it very quickly like too quick. It has done this twice so far. any ideas what is happening here guys?

my pc isnt updating and keeps getting stuck or saying Error 0xc1900223 after trying to update to Windows 10, version 21H2. I use a dell optiplex 9020. What can i do to fix it

 

PC Build Steps

Ok just because I like steps i am going to create some steps. Please give me the stamp of approval/disapproval

• Install system in case
  • Remember to connect SSD and optical to same SATA ports on motherboard
• Turn on PC
• setup HDD
• run blend test in prime95 for 30-60 min
  • run realtemp at the same time

• While in Prime95 test
  • if CPU goes above 70c in RealTemp, I have a leaky CPU
  • if my system locks up or blue screens, there is an instability in the system somewhere
  • if my system does not lock up or blue screen, my CPU is not damaged and I am in the clear!

What do you guys think??

 

Windows 11 says compatible, but in instalation says it isnt?
