Windows 10: PC Screen Crashing/Freezing randomly when im playing games or just scrolling through Youtube

Most days now my PC seems to crash or bluescreen whilst playing games or just watching Youtube etc. I did a SFC scan and it said everything is fine, and I will do a memory scan for the ram to see how that goes too. The crashes vary. Sometimes my PC doesn't fully crash, it just goes black/flickers and then my mouse and keyboard become unresponsive yet I will still have audio, this requires the PC to be force reset. The most common I get is the PC freezing for 10 seconds or so, and then the screen goes black and it just restarts my PC. I often get bluescreen crashes on my PC startup for some rea

so recently I've been having a very annoying problem that can happen 2-3 times a day depending on what type of game/program im running. I would be at my pc playing csgo/gta 5 and my screen would just freeze. when this happens however in-game audio, Spotify, or even discord call audio continues like normal, like my pc will freeze and i can still hear my friends talking on discord but they cant hear me. I cant recall when i started encountering issues but i didn't think much of it when it started happening but its gotten worse and worse. Ive been keeping graphics drivers up to date. running Microsoft pc health checks etc. and i can seem to find a fix. Im really trying to find a fix i can solve on my own so i don't have to take my pc in to get a repair when i may be able to solve it in a few seconds. ill list my pc specs below. the pc is only 1 year old.

GPU: RTX 1660 SUPER (MSI)

RAM: 8G (x2) DDR4 2666MHz

CPU: Intel i5-10400F

 

PC randomly freezes while gaming

Hello all,

my PC started to randomly freeze while I am playing games,without showing a BSOD,but there are minidumps from those freezings/crashings.

My OS is Win 10 x64 Version 1909 (OS Build 18363.778).

BSOD and PC crashes while playing any games

Pc randomly either freezes, turns itself off and then on immediately on.
happens even while browsing a word document. i usually have youtube playing music in the background so nothing fancy to make it crash
