Windows 10: PC screen freezes, buzzing noise starts, then turns black and computer reboots

Nothing I really can say about it, says failed to create dump file, recently I had an issue of my computer randomly rebooting and constantly, but then I fixed it by flashing updated bios. Now randomly like two weeks later my computer has JUST started freezing, buzzing and restarting. it seems to only happen under load when I'm playing rust.

Black screen and high pitched buzzing noise on start up.

I have an Acer Aspire Z series desktop on Windows 7 Home Premium, it's about 12 or 13 years old, I have E Set anti virus. In the last few months it occasionally shows a black screen and high pitched buzzing noise on start up so I switch it off and restart later and it's ok. But now it is permanently on black screen and buzzing noise. I've read some proposed solutions but can't get past the black screen. Has it just slowly died due to its age and would a technician be able to save any files on the hard drive before I ditch it?
