Windows 10: PC screen turns black while everything else is working

I've been using my pc for quite a while now and recently, this trouble occurred. My monitor suddenly turns black after playing some games or launching some. I've noticed that even though my cable and my monitor is still in good condition, and when that happened, the monitor was still on, it was only black and wasn't receiving any signal from my pc I notice this by looking at the corner where a popup showing HDMI, it was still plugged in at the moment, and I even check with the control button on the back of my monitor. Screen turns black, system "hybernating"

Turned it on - after almost an entire day without touching it - and worked for 3 hours before the same screen black, system hibernating happened again.

Checked the temperature throughout and the cores registered at max 56 and 50.

Suggestions?
