Windows 10: PC Semi-Frozen and beeping loudly

I have had this problem many times and im yet to find a good fix. I have checked task manager when this happens, gpu and cpu temperature is fine, and neither is being overloaded. I have also been able to move my mouse which causes beeps and see things on the screen change such as a video or receiving a messageThis issue only ever occurs when i launch the game Valorant. It’s about a 50/50 chance that it occurs. Is there any other method i can use to see exactly whats happening when this issue is happening?

Windows 10 Beeping Noise

After I started up my computer, it started beeping loudly even though I had headphones in. After I logged in, the beeping only continued through my headphones. There are 7 beeps in a constant pattern, then a pause, and then 7 beeps, and it continues like
this. Can anyone help me find a fix for this? The beeping is very annoying and I want to know if my PC has a problem.

 

Computer is frozen, won't accept input from keyboard or mouse

In the computer hope link for RAM it suggested removing all RAM modules.
Then power on the computer without RAM modules and listen to the beeps.
Indicate whether they do or do not match the beep sounds in your video.

Please complete all of the POST troubleshooting steps so that can be ruled in / ruled out.
