Windows 10: PC shows 0% available battery percentage when plugged in

    PC shows 0% available battery percentage when plugged in


    I am using a Dell Latitude E6320 running Windows 10 Pro version 21H1. When I plug the computer in to charge, it says it has 0% available. The percentage does not go up and stays at 0%. The PC will not turn on without being plugged in. I have attached a screenshot of what I am seeing.There are some pending Windows updates. Could that fix the issue or is this probably hardware? Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you!

    I have a Windows 8 acer laptop and have been using it for years. Last day it ended up showing 0% available (plugged in ,not charging ).Can I resolve the issue without buying new battery?

    Why battery percentage has always been 0% ?

    I'm using windows 8.1 version. My battery always shows 0%. No increase in percentage after hours of charging also and my laptop is getting shut down if disconnect the charger. Even laptop won't switch ON if chager is not plugged in. How to solve this issue?
