Windows 10: PC shut down and won't turn back on after most recent windows update

I just updated my pc, which was working perfectly before this update, and booted it up to play a game. Half an hour into playing, the game seemed to freeze, so I tried to close it or alt-tab out, but it seemed like the entire computer was frozen. No response from the mouse or keyboard. I powered the tower down by pressing the power button for 10 seconds, waited a minute, and turned it back on, but all it does is power cycle. I get 1 second of the fans and lights inside turning on before it powers down, then repeats this until I use the switch on the back to stop it because the power button becomes unresponsive. I tried plugging it into the wall instead of the power strip, tried another outlast, tried another cable, and it still power cycles. It didn't do this until after the update I ran tonight. Any suggestions? I'm in tears because I need my computer for work and I'm SOL without it.

Asus Transformer t100ta won´t turn on Win10

Yesterday was reading on it. All of a sudden turned off and now it won´t turn on

 

Windows defender is turned off and won`t turn back on

Windows defender on windows 10 enterprise won`t turn on. This happened shortly after i updated it; when I try to turn it on it says:

This app has been turned off and it isn't monitoring your computer.

And right underneath it, it says:

If you are using another app for malicious and unwanted software use Security and Maintenance to check that app`s status.

Need for a response ASAP, thanks

 

my windows 10 won´t turn off

Dear

I update my PC DELL latitude E7470 to windows 10, but now when i press shut down button the pc start shutting down and after two seconds restarts and is on again. I try disabling turn on fast startup and doesn´t work i also check for issue in the disk and
nothing someone have any idea to fix this?
