Windows 10: PC shut itself down, came back saying it can't find boot files, can't access anything...

My pc randomly shut itself off and came back with error 0xc000025 and the bios screen saying it can't find boot files. It successfully booted one more time after a few restarts before doing it again. I can't seem to access anything but the error screen, which just gives me a few useless options such as booting in safe mode, and I've never seen an option to access the bios menu. What has happened, and how do I fix this?

Can`t access the BIOS on my pc

thanks to answer my question, first of all...

but the problem is since I upgrade my pc to windows 10 I cant get access into the BIOS.

when i was using the windows 7 was able to access if i would press the "del" a few times while the pc was booting up.

But now it doesn`t work, not even f8 that before would let me get into the boot menu....

what should I do?

I already have tried to the option of the troubleshooting "start-up repair" and still did not work.

and again i want to mention that this is not a UEFI bios, is the old type of BIOS.

 

950 XL AT&T LTE Issue

I have had the 950 XL since the day it came out and the LTE has never worked for AT&T. I have tried a hard reset. I have contacted AT&T who, of course, suggested supplying a different IMEI for use and have pretty much tried every other suggestion I have
seen.

My question is, does anyone know if there is an expected resolution date for AT&T to allow 950 XL IMEI numbers to access their LTE network? The phone has been great, I would just like to access the AT&T LTE network without having to resort to workarounds.

Which steps did you perform? Was this from a clean boot?
Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste this command: shutdown /r /o /f /t 00
It will boot to the recovery options or windows advanced troubleshooting menu.
Click troubleshooting and click reset this computer. You will be saving files. Applications and programs will be removed. Windows will be reinstalled.
Enter your windows logon password.
You will see getting things ready with rotating dots.
Click resetting this PC.
It will then display the HP logo with resetting this PC with rotating dots and a percentage.
