Hello Microsoft TeamRandom or unexpectedly shutdowns or RebootsI can't understand my pc problemMy computer is hardware issuesI boot my pc on biosBIOS mode pc don't overload on pcBut my pc is shut off on BIOS :-10 years ago I use old CPU FANMy Motherboard has changedRAM has changedPower supply changedHard drive changedHDD,PSU,RAM, Motherboard 7 months has completeBut Dear Microsoft TeamI use heavy editing softwares on pcCartoon Animator 4, Premiere,After effectsThis all softwares required:Windows 108 GB RAMIntel i7 11th gen4GB GPUMy system requirementsWindows 8.12GB RAMIntel Pentium G640 SR059

PC shutting down automatically

I understand that the PC is shutting down automatically when using.



I would suggest you to run the powercfg
command to generate the sleep diagnostic report to analyze the issue further. Kindly follow the steps to generate the report.

1. Click on the Search Bar
   on the Taskbar and type CMD.
   
2. Now right click on it and select
   Run as administrator.
   
3. Type the following command and hit enter:
   powercfg /systemsleepdiagnostics
   

I have sent a private message to you, once the report is generated please share it through private message.



However, if you are connected to domain network there could be some group policies affecting this, I would suggest you to post your query on

# To resolve this problem, make sure that BITS and the Automatic Updates service are started..

A simple solution but one that works in most circumstances!

1. Click Start, click Run, type services.msc, and then click OK.

2. In the list of services, right-click Automatic Updates, and then click Properties.

3. In the Startup type list, click Automatic, and then click Apply.

4. If Service status is set to Stopped, click Start, and then click OK.

5. Right-click Background Intelligent Transfer Service, and then click Properties.

6. In the Startup type list, click Manual, and then click Apply.

7. If Service status is set to Stopped, click Start, and then click OK.
