Windows 10: PC Shutdowns with warning of Hyper-V-Hypervisor, ID 167 a few seconds before rebooting.

Hey there, I just had a problem since yesterday of my computer very randomly shutting down. Sometimes it was under load of me playing games, but it has happened during times like the PC sleeping and during basic home usage. I've checked the event viewer a couple times but I am not too well-versed in reading and identifying the problems. What I noticed is that the same thing that always happens before the crash is that there is the error from Hyper-V-Hypervisor with the id 167."The hypervisor did not enable mitigations for side channel vulnerabilitie

Hyper-V-Hypervisor crash my PC when launching

Hello,

I'm encountering an issue regarding the new PC I bought, there is some strange comportments I don't understand.

At least once a day, my PC crash, I have a black screen with the sound playing, then the sound freeze and the PC reboot.

Looking in the event manager, at the time of the crash I see the start of Hyper-V-Hypervisor. some other logs about it like correcting CVE-2019-11091, CVE-2018-12126, CVE-2018-12127, CVE-2018-12130, then a warning "The hypervisor has not enabled mitigations for side-channel vulnerabilities for virtual machines because HyperThreading is enabled. To enable mitigations for virtual machines, disable HyperThreading." and two second after this "The system has restarted without shutting down properly first. This error can occur if the system becomes unresponsive, crashes or unexpectedly loses power."

Between them I have two volgmr error "Failed to create the memory image file due to an error while creating the image."

It seems to me Hyper-V-Hypervisor is about VM, but I'm not using any VM on my PC, why is it starting it?

When I try the command dism.exe /Online /Disable-Feature:Microsoft-Hyper-V to disable Hyper-V-Hypervisor I have the error 0x800f080c meaning Hyper-V-Hypervisor is not installed. Why does it start if it is not installed?

Each crash is preceded of the "Hyper-V-Hypervisor is starting" log, and each "Hyper-V-Hypervisor is starting" is followed by a crash.

1. in Control Panel : select Programs and Features.
   
2. Select : Turn Windows features on or off.
   
3. Expand Hyper-V >> expand Hyper-V Platform
   
4. and then, remove the : Hyper-V Hypervisor check box.
