    Hi,


    Windows 10 Pro 64-bit, version 2004.


    I initially had issue with upgrade to 2004 with power options. Hibernate was enabled somehow even though it's shown as no. But it was fixed by using command line powercfg /h off. The PC goes to sleep and wakes up properly, no issue.


    I upgraded to 20H2 by installing KB4562830 by accident. The power problem became worse.


    1. Power Options only shows Sleep and Lock. There is no Turn on fast statartup or hibernate


    2. hibernate is enabled -- it goes to hibernate and there is C:\hiberfil.sys


    3. I tried powercfg /h off. C:\hiberfil.sys disappeared, not more hibernation. However, the PC shuts down instead, not cleanly, but unexpectedly


    4. I tried powercfg /h on. Power Options now shows Turn on fast startup and Hibernate.


    The problem of unexpected shut down remains.


    Now I've uninstalled KB4562830. The problem is still there.


    I've checked sfc, DISM and power troubleshooting. No problem is reported.


    What could I do?
