    pc shutsdowns in sleep mode


    Hello.sometimes when i put my system into sleep mode, it crashes or it doesnt go to sleep mode. also when i wake the pc from sleep mode, it crashes and freezes and shows blue screen. this also happens while restarting.but here's the point: this problem always happens when my system is too hot or i play high perfomance games for hours. this also happens after a 12+ hours virus scans. i also have to say that my drivers are veryyy old and i dont update them.i think i have hardware issues and my power is very old. my system overheats a lot.i use high-perfomance power option with my cpu always bein

    For us to better assist with your issue on sleep mode, we'd like to ask a few questions.

    • Have you made any updates to your computer before experiencing this issue?
    • What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

    Windows 7 sleep mode shutsdown

    Just a quick update: Windows no longer reverts back to the BIOS after sleep mode. I used CCleaner to fix the registry and that did the trick

    PC sleep mode just shutsdown.

    Ive noticed that whenever my PC is on sleep mode. I can see the RAM lit up, But the second i push the power button the RAM just shut off. Losing all the stuff on it. But the power button is still flashing like its in sleep mode. But by time it turns on it acts like a fresh boot.

    Im thinking this is a bios issue but came here for any support.
