Windows 10: PC shutting down and rebooting whilst playing games Destiny 2, PSO2, Warframe and Genshin...

Started happening around 2 weeks ago. I've tried everything from checking/restoring corrupted files, reinstalling windows 10, testing if it may be faulty hardware, playing the games using steam's safe mode command. I've even attempted to look through dump files and not much help from the internet. Destiny 2 for example for some reason the dump files come back empty. So I'm unable to check what's possibly causing the problem.

Can you tell us what is the make and model of your PC? You mentioned that you only experienced the blue screen errors while playing Overwatch and Destiny 2, it is possible that your PC does not meet the requirements of the games that you are playing.

Windows Memory Diagnostic tool to find out if you have a faulty memory stick. Here are the steps:

• Open Control Panel and click on System and Security.
• Select Administrative Tools.
• Double-click the Windows Memory Diagnostic shortcut.
• Tap the Restart now and check problems option.

Once your PC reboots, it will run the Windows Memory Diagnostics environment, and the tests will begin Standard mode.

After the test is completed, you need to use the Event Viewer to check the results:

• In the Search box, type eventvwr.exe.
• From the results, click eventvwr.exe to run the app.
• Expand the Windows Logs folder.
• Right-click System, and click on Find.
• Type MemoryDiagnostics-Results, and click the Find Next button.
• Close the Find dialog.
• On the Event Viewer, double-click the MemoryDiagnostics-Results source.
