Windows 10: PC shutting down ONLY when playing games

My pc is shutting down from playing games for just 5-10 minutes, But I can use my pc for everything for hours without shutting down. What should I do? I am not good at using my pc so i dont know what to doMy PC specs:Windows 10 Pro 64 bitIntel Core i5 1140016 GB Dual Channel DDR4Radeon Rx 580

• Have you tried using other browsers like Edge?
• What error message are you getting?
• Can you provide more details on the troubleshooting steps that you have tried so far?
