  1. PC slow after accidentally unplugging the cord from the wall.

So a few months ago when i first got the PC I had tried play Fortnite but it had lag, the whole PC had lag but i didnt notice cause i was new to it. I tried finding solutions and came up with nothing and just played other games till I then tried playing again a few months after and it had started working. Then a few days ago I was playing Fortnite with a friend when I had to go do something, so I got up from my chair and jerked the plug from the wall on accident. I didnt think anything of it as i had done it multiple times before just not has hard. I came back, plugged it back in and booted t

  3. Printing error code: 0x803C010B

    Hi Jacqui,

Based on the troubleshooting steps that you have done and our research, the error is hardware-related. You can follow the steps below for additional troubleshooting:

    • Do a power reset and check if the printer is plugged in firmly to the wall outlet to ensure that the equipment is receiving full power.
    • Turn on the printer and disconnect the cord from the rear of the equipment.
    • Next, unplug the power cord from the wall outlet and wait for 15 seconds.
    • Plug the cord back to the wall outlet and connect the cord back to the equipment.
    • The printer should automatically turn on. If not, press power button.

In the event that the power reset still does not resolve the issue, we recommend that you contact the manufacturer and ask for further assistance with your equipment.

    Keep us posted.

PC slow after accidentally unplugging the cord from the wall.

Unplugging power cord and holding the power button. PC won't turn on

Okay so I attempted to fix a Windows 10 usb problem by following a month old forum. The instructions were:

    1. Unplug the power cord from desktop computer.
    2. Hold in the on/off button for approx. 10 seconds until the light goes off. This kills the reserve power.
    3. Unplug all of your USB cords from the back of your machine as well as any flash drive or any other USB
device that is plugged into your computer.
    4. Insert the power plug back into your computer and power it up. Allow it to completely load everything
that it needs to before you do anything else.
    5. Now start plugging your USB devices back into your computer one at a time while waiting for them to
indicate that they are recognized. Do this with each one of your devices until all have been recognized.
    6. Now right/click on computer or This PC and choose Manage / Device Manager /USB Serial Controllers and
check to see if any of them have the yellow tag. They should not have if the problem is corrected.

Unfortunately I only got to Step 4, when I press the power button nothing turns on. So now I'm at a complete loss. The only thing that seems to turn on though, would be the lights to my led keyboard when I plug it in. Anyways, how do I fix/turn on my PC again?
