Windows 10: PC slow after restart.

I just restared my pc and it became slow. This has already happend to me multiple times before but it gets fixed by a windows update. I already tried sfc scannow, system restore. I don't think it's unecessary apps since it was running perfectly before i restarted, I also don't it's my storage because it was also running fine before i restarted and then suddenly so slow after I restarted. Is there a fix and a reason to why this happen?

To assist you with your concern, we suggest you to run the System Maintenance Troubleshooter to check and see why your PC is running slow and unresponsive. Here are the steps:

• Press Windows Key + X.
• Click on Control Panel.
• Select Troubleshooting. If you cant find the option, click View By and select Large Icons.
• On the left pane, click on View All.
• Click on System Maintenance to run the troubleshooter.

MY PC has just statred to restart even during Boot and after boot, Please help.

if you want to change any setting just do it step by step so you know what might happen when your pc restart again and again

Thanks for your patient help and analysis, zbook. I'll step through some of your suggestions over the next few days - there's a lot to do and some look a bit hairy! That is, for a PC that is working sweetly right now...
