Windows 10: PC slow after windows reinstallation

A few weeks ago, an issue with corrupt files occurred in my PC, so I had to do a Windows reinstallation. However, after reinstalling Windows, my PC has been incredibly slow. I can barely open two-three applications without my PC lagging and it takes a solid 2 minutes for my windows to open after signing in. I've done SFC scans and DISM scans, and my computer says nothing is wrong.Since my PC was reset, I have 6-7 apps and little to no images saved onto my PC. There are no issues with my internet connection either as my other devices work perfectly fine.What should I do?

Super Slow Computer, reinstalled Windows 7...still slow as a snail.

Did all of the above. The cooler comes with thermal paste installed. Wondering if there is something wrong with the cooler. No problems for a year, then all of a sudden SLOW DOWN.
