    PC slows down and applications stop responding


    I am on a Windows 10 PC, and occasionally for no apparent reason, my browsers all simultaneously stop responding. I will normally have both the new Edge and Chrome open at the same time, and it happens to both. Shortly after, this will happen to any other applications that I have open, such as Discord and Steam. If anyone knows how to fix this, help would be much appreciated.

    Hi,

    To assist you with your concern, we suggest you to run the System Maintenance Troubleshooter to check and see why your PC is running slow and unresponsive. Here are the steps:

    • Press Windows Key + X.
    • Click on Control Panel.
    • Select Troubleshooting. If you cant find the option, click View By and select Large Icons.
    • On the left pane, click on View All.
    • Click on System Maintenance to run the troubleshooter.
