Windows 10: PC started stuttering out of nowhere.

Hi everyone,

For a while today i thought my cursor had been stuttering until i watched a video and noticed it was stuttering too. The stutters happen every 1.5s roughly and they hadn't started until today. Ive tried pretty much every solution ive seen and nothing has worked.

Please tell me if you need additional info or know a possible fix,

FPS drops below 10 every couple of minutes

Very interesting. Our default suggestion list for fighting stutter becomes more interesting.

 

PC Build Steps

Ok just because I like steps i am going to create some steps. Please give me the stamp of approval/disapproval

• Install system in case
  • Remember to connect SSD and optical to same SATA ports on motherboard
• Turn on PC
• setup HDD
• run blend test in prime95 for 30-60 min
  • run realtemp at the same time

• While in Prime95 test
  • if CPU goes above 70c in RealTemp, I have a leaky CPU
  • if my system locks up or blue screens, there is an instability in the system somewhere
  • if my system does not lock up or blue screen, my CPU is not damaged and I am in the clear!

What do you guys think??

 

My PC is stuttering

When i installed the new update for Microsoft, my PC suddenly started to stutter, the shortcuts on my homepage were removed, and some bars were missing at the bottom of the screen. When I checked the task manager, it was not affected by the stutter and
the problem seemed to be the file explorer as it kept suspending itself over and over. When I ended the file explorer, I get a black screen but nothing is there. Is there a solution to solve the screen stuttering issue and restore my pc to normal?
