Windows 10: PC starts glitching when i press F5

When I press F5 on my pc it starts doing weird things I can only use a and s letters on my keyboard and when I try to restart it goes into Windows 10 boot menu. It goes back to normal when I restart it.

• Reinstall the graphics drivers:
• 1. Start your PC in Safe mode. (Go to "Settings" > "Update & security" > "Recovery" > "Advanced Startup" > "Restart" now. Your PC will automatically boot into another Startup Settings screen, press F4 to initiate the reboot into Safe Mode. You may also
  press F5 to boot into Safe Mode with networking.)
• 2. Select the search box on the taskbar, type device manager, and then select "Device Manager".
• 3. Expand Display adapter.
• 4. Press and hold (or right-click) the display adapter, and then select "Uninstall" > "OK".
• 5. Restart your PC.

 

After Windows 10 update, PC con't start

Good news, pc is back and running.
zBook was on the right track in that the BIOS was corrupted. However, the solution suggested did not work.
Fortunately, after considerable digging, I found some information on the Gigabyte site. Following their suggestions, I was able to restore the primary BIOS from the backup BIOS. The whole process took less than 10 minutes.
Basically, I had to:

1. Shut off the computer. Unplug all connections to the motherboard except the VGA/DVI output and the keyboard.
2. Press the POWER button and HOLD it. The computer will start and then shutdown. After the shutdown, release the POWER button.
3. Press and release the POWER button. The BIOS will go into recovery mode. A BIOS recovery screen will appear and you need only to select from the options that are presented.

This was a simple solution and I am now up and running.

Windows 10 is glitching

  Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings > Restart.
• After your PC restarts, you'll see a list of options. Select 5 or
  F5 for Safe Mode with Networking.

If you were able to work in your PC without any glitch, that means that a third party software or program might have caused the issue. To resolve it, we recommend that you perform a clean boot. A clean boot is performed to start Windows by using a minimal
