Windows 10: Pc starts lagging after 10-30 minutes of gaming depending on game.

So recently my pc started lagging after playing a game for around 10-30 minutes. on warthunder it tends to be 30 minutes but a game like apex legends already after 10 minutes. My GPU temprature is around 60-70 degrees Celsius. The gpu drops down to 1-5% of usage and then the lagging starts the fps is then around 10-20. i do game on a laptop but its elevetad so there can be more air flow. i have treid resseting my pc updating drives for GPU but nothing seems to work, so my question is can somebody help me fix this issue so can game normaly again!!Specs:GPU: gtx 1650RAM:16gb 2400MHz CPU: i5-9300

PC lags a lot in big games

In games if the stuff in the game is bag after a few minutes (I think depending on the game) my pc will lag a lot not like just the game my whole pc and its there forever so if I close the game and re open it the game will still lag but if I restart my pc its fine. Note: I already did a system recovery so if that's a solution then I already did it.

Since it's happening with both controllers but not keyboard the problem could be the controllers, but just as likely it could be other causes of lagging in games we can go over first:

2) If the above steps don't help then go over this checklist to make sure the install is set up correctly, optimized for best performance, and any needed repairs get done:

Start with Step 4 to turn off Startup freeloaders which can conflict and cause issues, then Step 7 to check for infection the most thorough way, then step 10 to check for damaged System Files, and also Step 16 to test a new Local Admin account. Then continue with the other steps to go over your install most thoroughly.

3) Update your drivers and BIOS/UEFI firmware from PC or motherboard maker's Support Downloads web page, using the full model number, Serial Number or Dell Service Tag on sticker. Compare the latest drivers available for download with the ones presently installed in Device Manager reached by right clicking the Start button. Make sure you have the latest BIOS or UEFI firmware, Chipset, Display (Video), Sound, USB3, Bluetooth, Network and all other drivers, or else download and install the latest now.

Updating drivers from the Device Manager or Windows Update is rarely enough. The most basic thing we need to learn to maintain a PC is keep the latest manufacturer's drivers installed from their Support Downloads web page.

4) If nothing else works then do a Repair Install, by installing Media Creation Tool, open tool and choose to Upgrade Now. If none of those help then we'll move on to try fixes for Xbox and PS4 controllers, also other hardware tests.
