Windows 10: pc starts rebooting when i try to boot from pen drive

i have windows 10 32 bit version and want to change to 64 byt i already transfer the windows 10 64bits to my pendrive using the steps in windows page i enter bios and select the to boot from usb but when i save and exit it wont install the windows... do i need to uninstall the previos version first or somethinf i am struggling since 2 days ago with this my laptop runs with 32 bits but i cant install some game processor allows 64 bits and i have 8 gb of ram

Hi Cooper,

Click start - settings - devices - Bluetooth

Do you still see your Pen listed here? Can you click on it and remove device. Once done, reboot your pc, and turn your pen on and off/Remove batteries if applicable.

Try to reconnect when the pc boots back up.

My PC cannot detect my pen drive

• Were there any changes made on your PC prior to the issue?
• Have you tried connecting your pen drive to other devices to check if it's being detected?

In the meantime, we suggest that you do the following steps:

Method 1: Run the Troubleshoot Hardware and Devices

• Press Windows key + R and type Control Panel.
  
• Type troubleshooting in the search bar and click on
  Troubleshooting.
• Click on Hardware and Devices.
• Follow the steps from the wizard to run the troubleshooter.
  

Method 2: Uninstall and re-install USB drivers

• Press Windows key + R and type devmgmt.msc to open
  Device Manager.
• Expand Universal Serial Bus controllers.
• Right-click the first USB controller under Universal Serial Bus controllers, and then click on
  Uninstall to remove it.
• Repeat these steps for the entire USB controller under Universal Serial Bus controllers.
• Restart the computer. Windows will automatically scan for hardware changes and reinstall all the USB controllers that you uninstalled.
  

If the issue persists, download the latest USB drivers for your PC from the manufacturer's website.
