PC starts to lag after running for 2h

I've had this problem for a while now. Once my PC has been running a few hours it becomes laggy. This affects games, file explorer, chrome...everything. If I reboot the PC it runs fine again for an hour or so. The longer the PC runs the worse and frequent these lags get. After trying to find out what the problem is I gave up and build a new PC a week ago. It was about time anyways. I switched out CPU, Mobo, Ram, NVME SSD and Case. The GPU, PSU and SSD are still from the "old" PC. I did a fresh install of WIN10 and updated all drivers and the BIOS. The Problem still shows up

The current build is as follows:
    Ryzen 9 3900X

    G.Skill 32 GB 4DDR RAM

    Gigabyte X570 AORUS Elite Motherboard

    RTX 2080ti

2tb Samsung NVME SSD and a regular 500GB Samsung SSD

    Corsair AX860 PSU

I switched out the GPU for a GTX980ti to see if thats the issue but it still happens

I benchmarked the SSDs once the lag got really bad and the read/write is still fine and shows no difference to when the PC just booted

I checked temps. and all is fine

Taskmanager shows that RAM usage and everything else is on the low end/nothing special

At this point Im not sure if its a Software or Hardware issue. Or something External like the USB DAC or one of the two screens . I read that it might be an Indexing issue and switched that off for all hard drives to no avail

Anybody have an idea or a suggestion?

    :)

Meanwhile, put the PC in Clean Boot and see if you still get the PC lagging issue. Refer the article

How to perform a clean boot in Windows
. A ‘clean boot’ starts Windows with a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. If the settings app is working fine in Clean Boot then please refer the section
