Windows 10: Pc starts up in very low screen res with dataport

Discus and support Pc starts up in very low screen res with dataport in Windows 10 Performance & Maintenance to solve the problem; I had no problems previously when using an hdmi lead to my monitor, but since using a data port cable it sometimes starts up, in what looks like safe...     Pc starts up in very low screen res with dataport


    I had no problems previously when using an hdmi lead to my monitor, but since using a data port cable it sometimes starts up, in what looks like safe mode, but is actually a very low screen res

    wondered why this should be

    Windows 10 - Volume VERY, VERY low.

    I have a DELL XPS Studio and upgraded from W7pro to W10.

    As per previous posts, audio was very low and could not be turned up.

    Logged in as local admin, I removed the driver in device manager, installed the one listed in

    Troubleshooting: how to install the Microsoft HD Audio class driver

    Re-started my PC and the Realtek driver had re-installed and volume was back to normal for this PC.

    I restored my phone and Its not starting now.

    Its not starting up.. When I try to start it, it shows battery low and turns off.

    when i connect it with pc it charges and that restore icon appers(those 2 moving screws) but nothing happens after that. No start up screen nothing !
