Windows 10: Pc stuck at 43% when resetting

Hello i wanted to know what i can to help my pc because i reset it because it was using 100% of the disk and it but when i reset it it got stuck on 43% and i can’t do a clean installation of windows because i forgot to get the media tool.So is there any other way or should just wait.

As you system is stuck, we suggest you to hard reboot and then try performing reset again and check if the same issue occurs. If the same issue persists, then we suggest you to perform reset using Installation disk.

I would suggest you to download an ISO image of Windows 10 and try to create installation media using the Media Creation tool.

Follow the steps mentioned below to perform Reset of PC:

a. Insert the installation DVD or
USB and boot Windows 10 from it.
