Windows 10: PC stuck at black screen after choosing to start fresh

I have been having issues with my PC since January 14th I have another thread that I was trying to solve some errors with blue screening and other errors. Today I attempted to just wipe the pc and reinstall windows using the setting in windows 11. It got to the point where it seemed to be reinstalling windows then I got a pop up from razer then the screen went black and has stayed that way since. What could be causing this and is it fixable?

Hello There Everyone.

I shutdown my pc yesterday after work after 12 hours i open it but i am stuck with black screen. I tried my steps to open it but it dosen't work.
Steps i did
*i tried to startup repair on advance menu
*i have reset the pc ( its says problem occured)
*i have Uninstalled recent update.
My pc specs
*Acer Veriton
*64 bit
*windows 10
Please help me to solve out

Yeah I'm pretty sure that's not a software related issue which is why I was suggesting that you remove the video card to start with since it's such an easy process of elimination step.

I'm not familiar with AMD CPUs, I did see that you had listed in your system specs but I had no idea whether or not it has an iGPU

Is there any possibility of you being able to get your hands on any compatible video card at all?it would be the easiest step to try to troubleshoot or at least one of the easier ones. You should be able to get into the bios without anything but A display cable hooked up to the motherboard

Sounds like the old... windows black screen of death.
