Windows 10: Pc stuck at lock screen with no ease of access button or power button

After the update a few months ago now my Pc stuck at lock screen with no ease of access button or power button. Tried to do safe mode but it ask for a password for the suggested fixes but it wont take any password i put in ive even tried to reste that password i can use the password for my other devices but safe mode wont work i tried resetting the pc and keeps saying error i cant get into bios and no matter what ive tried it wont fix. The screen goes 5o tge lock screen and if i try to get to the input bar for the password it will go black and then back to the lock screen or freeze on the wall

how to remove Ease of ACCESS BUTTON FROM LOCK SCREEN

i want to disable the ease of access button in the lock screen. i found a solution online for windows 8 but it didn't work for windows 10.

i have copied the procedure i found for windows 8. can you help me for windows 10.?

• Navigate to C:\Windows\System32
• Find UTILMAN.EXE
• Right Click, then Properties
• Security, Advanced, Permissions (Continue)
• Change the owner at the top from "TrustedInstaller" to "Administrators" (ensure you have and Administrator account)
• Add a permission, and then click Select a "Principal"
• Type in "Everyone", Check Names, then OK
• Change type to "Deny" and "Full Control"
• Click OK, then Log Out.

 

Power button no longer locks screen

Originally,when i purchased my Surface pro 4 a few days ago, pressing the power button once would lock my screen. However, pressing it once now brings up the shut down screen. Are there any suggestions to fix this? Changing what the power button does in
settings doesn't help.

 

No power button on lock screen

I did a system restore and now my lock screen no longer has a power button. The only options I have to turn off the PC is to login to a user account and turn off from the start menu. I've looked at all the settings and cannot find a way to add the power
button back to the lock screen.
