Windows 10: PC stuck in a “preparing automatic repair”

So this morning I woke up and turned on my PC and it was slow at loading first. After a few minutes it came up with the “Automatic repair” which I’ve had this before and it worked fine. This time however it said it failed, I’ve been through everything. I’ve tried to go back to a restore point but it says it keeps getting interrupted, startup repair fails every time saying “windows couldn’t load correctly”. Turning the computer on and off and restarting and everything won’t get me past the boot up. I’ve checked all my files through the command prompt and it says no files are messed up. When I r

My Pc is Stuck on Preparing Automatic Repair

My Pc is stuck on Preparing Automatic Repair and i tried to reboot it 3 times but it failed and instead of loading in the automatic Repair, it just loaded the icon of windows and no words or loading. I also tried to take the ac adapter off but nothing happened.
I also dont have the disk of the safe mode or usb. Please help

Fixing this gaming PC for a friend. His computer gets stuck on the windows logo with the dotted spinning circle. In the past to fix this i've done a startup repair. But this time, the PC starts the Preparing Automatic Repair, then screen goes black, where normally it should be showing diagnosing your pc before loaded the Automatic Repair screen.

What should I attempt to try next?
