Windows 10: Pc stuck in choose an option, number 99 in bottom right corner, and 9C in bottom right corner.

So a few days ago, before I went to bed I had shut off my pc using the windows logo. The next day I turn it on to find out that the number. 9C was at the bottom right corner of my monitor, so I restart it and now I have an MSI loading screen in the middle saying preparing automatic repair, after that a blue screen appears saying choose an option, I have tried EVERY single advanced option there is besides using a usb device. All of them just either say windows couldn’t do blah blah blah or it boots my computer saying the number 99 at the bottom right corner of my screen. I have also tried clear

Right Corner numbers on 5800

I got my Nokia 5800 for like some months, and now, it suddenly showing numbers in my right corner, like : 0,10 , 1,11 etc!! whats up what with that?

And the hotfix too, 10.12a over it as well?
sorry you may did but i no idea, so step by step.

And just make it clear;
your lag is the mouse arow in the corner/
if yes;
do you use samthing on sidebar?
if yes try to switch off and see...

There is missing customization option, I would like to know on how to customize icon on the right bottom corner for window 10.
