Windows 10: Pc stuck in loading screen and recovery not working

My pc is stuck in the windows 11 loading screen and i tried to enter the windows automatic recovery and after a bit its a black screen and i can only see my mouse i tried unpluging thing and puting them back and restarting a lot

Stuck on Windows Loading Screen

i have an old pc . i have installed a graphic card . it working fine when i newly format my pc but untill i shut down & turn power off . after i switch on my pc back it stuck on loading screen , sometimes on bios flash screen ,Sometimes it boot up then my pc freeze .when i removed graphic card it boot up & works fine . this problem is haunting me for months . i don't know which parts in my pc damaged. is it graphic card or motherboard or ram or cpu or hdd . i'm lost here..

I understand that you are unable to boot the PC normally as it is stuck in recovery mode.

1. Were there any recent updates installed on the PC?
   
2. What is the exact make and model of the PC?
   

I would suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below and check if that helps.



Method 1:



Boot the PC into safe mode with networking and check if you are able to login. Refer the article to

Start your PC in safe mode in Windows 10, refer the section
From a black or blank screen.



Method 2:



Perform a system restore to revert the PC back to the state when everything was working fine. Refer the article

Recovery options in Windows 10, refer the section
Use installation media to restore or reset your PC.



Note:
Do not reset the PC; resetting the PC will remove all the data and installed programs from the PC.

My pc is stuck at this screen






I've been trying to restart my pc over and over and I keep getting stuck at this screen

Nothing works, sometimes it tries to loaf 'Automatic Repair' but all that does is give me a black screen with a movable mouse after a half a second flash of a window outline as if it failed to load.

Same for the recovery disc and usb I made
