Windows 10: PC stuck in loop during W10 re-installation

Discus and support PC stuck in loop during W10 re-installation in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; I have an ACER laptop and am re-installing Windows 10 off the hard drive.     PC stuck in loop during W10 re-installation


    I have an ACER laptop and am re-installing Windows 10 off the hard drive. The installation cycles through to 90% installed see below and then reboots and starts at 65% again. No matter how I try to interrupt it goes through this cycle.I have tried the following:-hard restart 3 times in a row just after reboot to try to enter Safe Mode no success-attempted to enter boot mode to boot off a USB no successIs there anything else I can try?

    BIOS stuck in a loop.

    • Did you get any error messages?
    • Have you tried to boot in Safe mode?
