Windows 10: PC stuck in repair autofix loop can't reset PC or repair

I recently was messing with specs in tpu ii and also in bios and these might be the culprits in tpu I changed something about performance and power usage with levels, there's a setting for it in bios as well, but I have bios set to ignore you and use auto instead of tpu 1 or 2 so it should not matter, and I don't think that is what's causing the bsod.

I was playing metro Exodus for about two hours when all of a sudden my PC crashes. I don't know why because it had worked perfectly with prime95 for 12 hours so I upped the voltage by increments and asked another subreddit for power with CPU and GPU problems which is not important right now. I found a way to put power on CPU and GPU using prime 95 and heaven benchmark, an alternative to 3D mark. I test it a few times and then find a working voltage at 1.27 volts. (I5 8600K 4.7GHz) I let the program run for an hour alone to come back to a the benchmark in a windowed black screen and instead of the usual blue screen of death the entire PC is frozen. To fix this because the last few voltage increments also froze I tried to unlock the CPU and with no success. Then it shows a bsod Soni restart and try to change bios settings to no avail and now every time I boot it up it tries to repair the boot disks...and I'm here now

Stuck in a loop of Automatic repair then black screen then automatic repair could not repair the PC

Hello , I have an acer laptop and windows 10 , I am stuck in loop of preparing automatic repair then black screen then automatic repair could not repair my pc , I have tried advanced options to no avail please could you help

Automatic repair loop

So I have a year old ASUS laptop. Yesterday it entered the automatic repair loop and now I can't get it out. I have tried a number of fixes. Firstly I tried doing the followings command

• bootrec.exe /rebuildbcd
• bootrec.exe /fixmbr
• bootrec.exe /Fixboot

followed by chkdsk but nothing seems to happened

Then I did a system restore which seemed to fix it for a while but then it rebooted to the repair loop. Finally I reset the PC and reinstalled windows. Again this worked for a while and then rebooted to the repair loop. I am stuck and any help would
be appreciated.
