Windows 10: PC stuck inside of a restart loop and I can’t break out of it

Hi, I recently got a new PC and I did a Windows update and because of the update my driver to my Ethernet cable was disabled. I looked everywhere online on how to fix the problem. And then I found a YouTube video saying to do a system restore to fix these types of issues. So I followed the steps to conduct a system restore and after I completed the steps my computer went through all of the motions but I realized after several hours my laptop was stuck on the “Intel” screen and not loading up my Windows. It’s stuck in a restart loop and now I can’t access my computer. Can someone please help me

Hi, thanks for your response, but as my post states, I can't get that far, it's stuck in a restart loop and nothing breaks that loop. I have the windows install media on a USB plugged in too! It literally just shows "Lenovo" spins for a second then restarts again......how do I break that loop?!
