    PC stuck on Blue screen/automatic repair


    Hello,

    I recently purchased a reconditioned PC for my son for gaming.

    All was well until a week ago when he went to switch it on and all we got was a blue screen, it goes to

    advanced settings but that’s it, we cannot get any further than troubleshoot. we have tried everything suggested on the internet, but as we cannot get to the desktop we are insure how to get it into safe mode.

    I have seen the problems with windows 10 and wonder if this is connected?

    PC stuck on Blue screen/automatic repair

    Preparing automatic repair black screen afterwards stuck

    Fixing this gaming PC for a friend. His computer gets stuck on the windows logo with the dotted spinning circle. In the past to fix this i've done a startup repair. But this time, the PC starts the Preparing Automatic Repair, then screen goes black, where normally it should be showing diagnosing your pc before loaded the Automatic Repair screen.

    What should I attempt to try next?
