Windows 10: pc stuck on couldn't complete the updates. Redoing changes.

Hello,It has been 2 days since im encountering with an issue. Whenever I shutdown my pc, It starts to update and restarts. After restarting, coming to 99% it now says couldn't complete the updates. redoing changes, please don't turn off your computer. This process takes 2-3 mins and restarts again and works. But again i shutdown my computer and the problem comes again.I have tried sfc /scannow, uninstalling old updates and troubleshooting, but didn't help.Please help.Thanks in advance,lolleepop.

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with Update. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your Windows update.

Refer these steps:

• 
  Change the view by option on the
  top right to Large icons.
  
• 
  Click on troubleshooting and click on the
  view all option on the left panel.

  Run the Windows Update troubleshooter.

Lumia 650, we couldn´t connect to the update service

Have a lumia 650 with Version 1511, OS build 10.0.10586.494 is this the latest version?

When i check for updates i get this: we couldn´t connect to the update service, we`ll try again later..

I have internet connection via WiFi and a microsoft account set up.
