Windows 10: pc stuck on loading when turning it on

i’m not techy at all so excuse my lack of knowledge or if i use the wrong terms.my pc won’t load into windows for some reason. this only started happening today where i would just black screen after the initial loading screen before it prompts you to the screen to enter your password. so right now i just turn on my pc -> loading screen -> doesn’t direct me to password page just black screen. my monitor’s light is on, keyboard lights up though doesn’t seem like i can do anything, i can move my mouse around but it’s just permanently a blue loading circle and the screen is just black. i c

PC Build Steps

Ok just because I like steps i am going to create some steps. Please give me the stamp of approval/disapproval

• Install system in case
  • Remember to connect SSD and optical to same SATA ports on motherboard
• Turn on PC
• setup HDD
• run blend test in prime95 for 30-60 min
  • run realtemp at the same time

• While in Prime95 test
  • if CPU goes above 70c in RealTemp, I have a leaky CPU
  • if my system locks up or blue screens, there is an instability in the system somewhere
  • if my system does not lock up or blue screen, my CPU is not damaged and I am in the clear!

What do you guys think??

Cortanta not working, Apps stuck on loading and turning on location is settings - isn't allowing.

Cortanta location not working, Apps in store are stuck on loading and turning on location is settings - isn't allowing. I am having the hardest time with these three issues. I have literally tried everything that has been suggested through
search apps to fix these problems. Does anyone have any suggestions. Thank you
