I had installed some drivers from HP official website and now my PC is stuck on starting logo screen and when I try to boot into troubleshoot mode by repeatedly pressing F11, F9,ESC, etc keys is in it loads the screen and I get this option to press the ESC key for the start-up menu but nothing happens when I press the esc key.

Stuck on boot screen

From the description you've provided, it seems that Windows is stuck in a loop at boot screen with the spinning circles. Let's troubleshoot the issue by performing the steps below:

1. Press and hold the power button on your notebook until it powers off.

2. Press the power button again to turn on your device.

3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 until you see the Windows logo screen or Please wait during boot up. Normally, it may take for you to repeat it up to 3 times.

4. You may receive a message saying that "It looks like Windows didn't load correctly".

5. Click on See advanced repair options, then click on Troubleshoot.

6. Select Automatic Repair and follow the on-screen instructions.

Unable to boot the PC, stuck in recovery mode screen​

I understand that you are unable to boot the PC normally as it is stuck in recovery mode.

1. Were there any recent updates installed on the PC?
   
2. What is the exact make and model of the PC?
   

I would suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below and check if that helps.



Method 1:



Boot the PC into safe mode with networking and check if you are able to login. Refer the article to

Start your PC in safe mode in Windows 10, refer the section
From a black or blank screen.



Method 2:



Perform a system restore to revert the PC back to the state when everything was working fine. Refer the article

Recovery options in Windows 10, refer the section
Use installation media to restore or reset your PC.



Note:
Do not reset the PC; resetting the PC will remove all the data and installed programs from the PC.

Windows 10 very slow boot - stuck at the logo screen for over 30mins

It seems that you have a raid configuration over multiple Western Digital disks.
the boot trace shows that the delay is probably caused by the amd_xata.sys driver. This driver is outdated (2015).

Update this driver as a first step.
